Every OLR Partners engagement is led by senior leadership, headed by Orest Ryvak. Orest is a professional financier with over 10 years of diversified, senior-level experience spanning investment banking, private equity, and operational leadership in the IT Services space — a combination rare in advisory. Career across the US, Eastern Europe, and the GCC region, working across cultures, borders, and deal structures.
Started in investment banking in Chicago, advising middle-market businesses ($30M–$50M EBITDA) on sell-side M&A transactions. Moved into corporate development at a multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical retailer, structuring joint ventures and acquisitions, before joining a $1.4B AUM private equity firm in Ukraine focused on tech investments across Eastern Europe.
Most recently, served as co-owner, CFO, and Board Member of uSoftware, a high-growth IT services company — which he successfully exited.
Orest is a graduate of the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, where he received his BBA with a specialty in Finance & Accounting.
